Each pitch is a different experience, from 3D stemming through a bizarre petrified mud chimney to an airy catwalk with sheer exposure on either side to the famous corkscrew summit that you have to see to believe. Castle Rock is a 400-foot Wingate Sandstone tower standing on a 1,000 foot Moenkopi-Chinle cone above the northeastern border of Castle Valley, Utah.
