The Indian Creek Art of Offwidth™ climbing clinic, developed by offwidth expert Pamela Shanti Pack, has long been a powerful introduction to offwidth climbing.
From 2020 to 2024, Gisely work as a co-instructor for the program, working closely with the team and helping climbers refine their offwidth skills in the splitter walls of Indian Creek.
After five years of teaching and mentorship, Gisely launched her own clinic — Beyond Jamming — built on that strong foundation and expanded with her own vision. The goal: to incorporate more advanced techniques, refined movement strategies, and a broader technical skill of teaching lead climbing.
Beyond Jamming continues the commitment to high-level instruction while bringing a deeper focus on efficiency, leading and progression across all crack sizes — from fingers to offwidth.
OFFWIDTH CLINIC

Gisely Ferraz
Gi is a professional climber base in Moab, with a passion for guiding, teaching clinics, and planning trips to Patagonia. She co-instructed "The Art of Offwidth" clinic alongside Pamela "Shanti" Pack for four years. Pam and Gi climb through classic offwidths, from Indian Creek, UT, to the challenging test pieces in Vedauwoo, WY, and the art of establishing First Ascents.
Gi dedicates 100% of her life to climbing. She has scaled her dream mountains, including Half Dome, El Capitan in Yosemite, and Fitz Roy in Patagonia. Through her journey, she has transformed trauma into powerful inspiration, using it to fuel her climbing career and guide others in the process.
